Marigold is a historic building with limited accessibility features. Please contact us for more information about accessibility at Marigold.

Marigold serves beer and wine during pre-planned receptions or dinner service. Outside alcohol—including beer, wine, and liquor—is not permitted onsite. Providing beer and wine is a gratuitous service; it is not available for sale to guests or employees of MillerKnoll.

All alcohol service at Marigold Lodge is only to be served in connection with work-related activities through MillerKnoll. Marigold employees may withhold service of alcohol to any individual who appears to be visibly intoxicated, exhibits inappropriate behavior, or makes them feel uncomfortable in any way. 

The on-site AED is located inside the back door of the Main Lodge.

First aid supplies are located at the front desk of the Main Lodge or Learning Center. Sharps containers are available in Learning Center restrooms and for check out at the front desk.

Fire extinguishers are found in the following locations:

• Each floor of the Main Lodge and Carriage House
• Smoke House
• Ice House foyer
• Main Lodge common areas
• Learning Center and Boat House common areas

Flashlights are available at the front desk.

For a minimal charge, we offer laundry and dry cleaning service. Laundry bags are located in each guest room closet. Please fill out the laundry slip, put it in the bag with the laundry, and place it on your bed. Laundry and dry cleaning service is provided within 24-36 hours.

Lost and found items should be taken to or picked up at the front desk.

Mail can be received or sent at the front desk. Outgoing mail should be dropped off prior to 8:30 a.m. The Lodge receptionist can offer assistance with FedEx pickup and delivery.

Smoking is not allowed in the buildings; this includes overnight rooms. Ashtrays are available at the reception desk for use outside the buildings. Overnight guests at Marigold Lodge may smoke on the grounds.
